Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 598 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon and Franklin Avenues, the lot is near the Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College subway station, served by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Tal Bloch is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,229 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 747 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 59-foot-long rear yard.

Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

The lot is now vacant and primed for construction to begin. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
