Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by BRP Companies, the structure yields 614 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 185 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $69,086 to $227,500.

Amenities include a lounge, garden gallery, fireplace lounge, dining room, fitness center, basketball court, tenth-floor gaming lounge, 12th-floor rooftop lounge, and children’s playroom. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are 66 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,843 for incomes ranging from $69,086 to $116,640, and 27 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,188 for incomes ranging from $82,835 to $140,000.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,688 for incomes ranging from $97,303 to $168,480; 71 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,756 for incomes ranging from $100,389 to $189,540; and 20 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,053 for incomes ranging from $112,492 to $227,500.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than November 28, 2025.
