Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 106 Bay 34th Street in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between Bath and Benson Avenues, the lot is near the 25th Avenue subway station, served by the D train. Meina Huang is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 8,699 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 669 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse, a 28-foot-long rear yard, and 13 enclosed parking spaces.
Ivan Shcherbakov is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
