Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 25-21 46th Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between 25th and 28th Avenues, the lot is near the 46th Street subway station, served by the E, F, M, and R trains. Vincent Maimone of Artistic Design Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 4,065 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 677 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Joseph A Sultana, Jr. of JLS Designs is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
