Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Red Apple Group under the RA 280 Development LLC, the structure yields 104 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 26 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $38,400 to $227,500.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, common area Wi-Fi, gym, yoga and dance studio, storage, doorman, concierge, and outdoor terraces including a rooftop terrace. Units are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, intercoms, charging outlets with USB ports, smart controls for heating and cooling, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.
At 40 percent of the AMI, there are 11 studios with a monthly rent of $978 for incomes ranging from $38,400 to $51,840.
At 60 percent of the AMI, there are 11 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,622 for incomes ranging from $61,235 to $87,480.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,661 for incomes ranging from $131,143 to $189,540, and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,376 for incomes ranging from $157,578 to $227,500.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 13, 2026.
