Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 2672 Heath Avenue in Kingsbridge Heights, The Bronx. Located between West 193rd Street and West Kingsbridge Road, the lot is near the Kingsbridge Road subway station, served by the 4 train. Arjon Mucejani is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 86-foot-tall development will yield 32,515 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 47 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 691 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
M.S. Savani Architect, PC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

It should be left as a park.
Proper parks should be bordered by streets on all sides not a vacant lot wedged between lot lines. That’s a ghetto garden where something burned down.
Hoping this new development doesn’t suck. Bronx gets so unfairly hammered with indifferent mediocrity explained away as “affordible housing architecture”. So you can’t make a mink purse from a sow’s ear, but a talented and imaginative architect should be able to make a pretty nice leather one.
