Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 4717 New Utrecht Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located between 47th Street and 48th Street, the lot is near the 50th Street subway station, served by the D train. Zack Gilman of 4717 New LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 72-foot-tall development will yield 14,663 square feet, with 13,083 square feet designated for residential space and 1,580 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 17 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 769 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.

Igor Zaslavskiy of Zproekt Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the two-story structure on site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. I wish I could live here in this new apartment building since I live in Borough Park area for many years of my life. I am a citizen of this country and have maintained my financial status intact. I old produce all necessary documents which are required to provide as pre qualifications
