Permits have been filed for an 11-story residential building at 1134 Pacific Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford and Franklin Avenues, the interior lot is closest to the Franklin Avenue subway station, served by the C and Shuttle trains. Cornelia Narovici of Promesa Housing Development Fund Corporation is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 114-foot-tall development will yield 94,994 square feet designated for residential space. Although the number of units is unclear, the development will likely be affordable housing based on previous projects. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Dattner Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
