Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 114 Adelphi Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Located between Myrtle Avenue and Park Avenue, the interior lot is near the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Joel Klein is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 4,868 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 695 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, mezzanine, and a 37-foot-long rear yard.
Lester Katz is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
