Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 651 Myrtle Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Franklin Avenue and Skillman Street, the lot is near the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Joel Landau is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 108-foot-tall development will yield 16,128 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 733 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, an eighth-floor rooftop terrace, and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
S. Wieder Architect P.C. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
