Beautiful homes in an overrated neighborhood, we hope lottery winners live long happy lives in these apartments
What’s up with apartments not using drop in cooktops? Slide in ovens look so dated
Resentment of neighborhoods we don’t live in is what makes NYC great!
I used to work on construction projects in Greenpoint, (& beyond), while living at the homeless shelter in Clay St. back in 2013. I did finish work on a project on India & McGuiness & I liked G-pt, i’m guessing things got even pricier over the last 13 years, kewl part of the city though. “Overrated”!?🤔🙄😏🤷♂️, well, of course that’s entirely subjective.
*On Clay St., not “in”, (BRC)?, I think the yuppies probably cried hard enough to get that moved, shame on the “unhoused”, I’ve been helping to build amazing living spaces for everyone else mostly my whole like, & ironically I’m still w/o a place to call home today, & I’ve been sober over 3 yrs now too, isn’t it ironic?, don’t you think?, (It’s even worse than a black fly in your chardonnay, or too many spoons, etc.)
