Permits have been filed for an 11-story residential building at 147-02 106th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Also addressed as 106-03 Sutphin Boulevard, the corner lot is near the Sutphin Boulevard–Archer Avenue–JFK Airport subway station, served by the E, J, and Z trains. Xue Mei Yi of 12001 Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 130-foot-tall development will yield 54,178 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 79 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 685 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and nine enclosed parking spaces.
