Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 717 Myrtle Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located near the intersection of Walworth Street and Myrtle Avenue, the lot is within walking distance of the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Shloma Stuhl of Zev Zafir Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 16,746 square feet, with 12,413 square feet designated for residential space and 4,332 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,241 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and four enclosed parking spaces.

Nikolai Katz is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed a year ago for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
