Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 1286 Prospect Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Troy Avenue and Schenectady Avenue, the interior lot is one block north of the Crown Hts-Utica Avenue subway station, served by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Bilal Cheema is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 71-foot-tall development will yield 26,578 square feet, with 21,186 square feet designated for residential space and 5,391 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 34 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 623 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Francisco Nunez of Studio Gallos is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
