Available on NYC Housing Connect are 53 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $167,570.

    Oh my gosh! It’s beautiful, elegant and luxurious! I hope the residents will know how blessed they are to live there and keep it beautiful.

  3. 11 out of the 53 affordable units are anything but affordable since they are priced at 130% AMI.

  6. 3/4 of these units are unaffordable. Only 55 out of 209 units will be considered affordable, roughly 1/4, and that is a fail.
