Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 250 Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Located between St. Marks Avenue and Prospect Place, the lot is near the Bergen Street subway station, served by the 2 and 3 trains. Tolib Mansurov of 250 Flatbush LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 35,436 square feet, with 27,179 square feet designated for residential space and 8,257 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,358 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Z Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed this month for the single-story brick structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Great news. Much of Flatbush Ave is massively underbuilt, from Downtown all the way down to Kings Plaza

  2. Should be an improvement

Excellent. Replacing single story retail with multi-level housing should a top City priority.

  5. That setback thing next door that actually faces Prospect Pl is unfortunate. Hopefully this helps obscure it. Fingers crossed the design is excellent.
