Work is finishing up on 655 Baltic Avenue, a four-story residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by Urban Design Engineering and developed by Eran Malka under the Residence on Baltic LLC, the 50-foot-tall structure yields four condominium units with an average scope of 2,844 square feet. The property is located on an interior lot by the corner of Baltic Avenue and Gregory Place.
The structure stands fully clad in its façade of beige brick and floor-to-ceiling windows with dark metal mullions. Some finishing touches are wrapping up on the ground floor, including on the entrance doorway and canopy.
The site was formerly occupied by a vacant lot, as seen in the below Google Street View image from September 2024. Eran Malka acquired the property for $1.6 million in December 2024, and is expecting a sellout of $6.1 million on the condominium units.
The development is located near the Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center station, served by the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, and R trains, and the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR).
