It’s actually an 18-story building. It was up zoned from 12 during the planning phase.

I live in the area, and I am happy to see so many new units, although I would have been happier if they went with a more vivid brick color; this one is quite gray.
It seems like many of these new buildings on 4th struggle leasing the retail space on the other hand, there is only so many supermarkets that can open..
