Construction is nearing completion on 362-372 Livingston Street, a complex of three abutting 22-story residential buildings in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by NY Building Associates Inc. and developed by Yitzchok Katz of Goose Property Management, the 235-foot-tall structure will yield 297 condominium units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 5,000-square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The property is located at the intersection of Livingston Street and Flatbush Avenue.
The entire structure was built since our last update in January 2024, when the buildings formerly occupying the lot were still being demolished. The new high-rise currently stands clad in its façade of floor-to-ceiling windows framed by black metal paneling, and its numerous stacks of balconies are lined with glass railings. Workers were in the process of putting finishing touches on the exterior at the time of our visit, while interior work remains ongoing. The ground floor is still largely obscured by the wraparound sidewalk shed and wooden fencing.
The site was formerly occupied by a row of abutting four-story structures.
362 Livingston Street spans 93,000 square feet, while both 370 and 372 Livingston Street collectively span 270,000 square feet. Goose Property Management secured $132 million in construction financing from Affinius Capital in a deal arranged by Galaxy Capital’s Henry Bodek.
Residential amenities will span an entire floor and include a fitness center, boxing studio, sauna, children’s playroom, media lounge, outdoor lounge, coworking spaces, and conference rooms. The nearest subways from the property are the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains at the Nevins Street station.
YIMBY expects 362-372 Livingston Street to finish construction sometime early next year.
