Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 81 Patchen Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Quincy Street and Gates Avenue, the lot is near the Gates Avenue subway station, served by the J and Z trains. Yaniv Nasimi of BH Success Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 4,983 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 711 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
