There are still affordable housing units available for 1975 Madison Avenue, an eight-story residential building in Harlem, Manhattan. Developed by The Davis Companies and designed by DXA Studio, the structure yields 97 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $167,570.
1975 Madison Avenue is now offering a concession package which includes two months of free rent per initial lease year plus waived security deposit, waived amenity fees, and $1,000 gift card.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, common area Wi-Fi, gym, elevator, media room, bike storage lockers, and a rooftop terrace. Residences include washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. All utilities are included in the rent.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,195 for incomes ranging from $116,400 to $198,510; one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,995 for incomes ranging from $146,983 to $238,160; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,230 for incomes ranging from $155,040 to $238,160.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 1, 2026.
