Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 1070 Pacific Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon and Franklin Avenues, the lot is near the Franklin Avenue subway station, served by the A, C, and S trains. Valon Pilku of PIFR Real Estate Holdings LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 124-foot-tall development will yield 177,745 square feet, with 154,399 square feet designated for residential space and 23,345 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 64 residences with a total 228 residences on the site, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 677 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 15 open parking spaces.
Kao Hwa Lee Architects PC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
