The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1211 Fulton Street, a nine-story residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates and developed by Vision Development, the structure yields 31 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 12 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $136,252 to $238,160.
Amenities include bike storage lockers, gym, outdoor areas and terraces, business center, coworking space, barbecue grills and prep kitchen, shared laundry room, recycling center, package lockers, and elevator. Residences are equipped with air conditioning, hardwood floors, energy-efficient appliances, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,758 for incomes ranging from $136,252 to $198,510, and eight two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,484 for incomes ranging from $163,372 to $238,160.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 23, 2026.

It’s over. Say goodbye to Bed-Stuy as we knew it. $3,700 per month for a one bedroom???? Income must be between $136G to $198G per year. Who can afford these rents??? It will not be long time Bed-Stuy Residents. Why did Bed-Stuy’s city, state and federal elected PUBLIC Officials allow this to happen???
