Housing Lottery Launches for 664-672 Beck Street in Longwood, The Bronx

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 664-672 Beck Street, a five-story residential building built in 1925 in Longwood, The Bronx. Owned by Mhany Management, the structure was recently renovated and yields 42 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four newly constructed units for residents at 40 to 77 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $162,008.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, security cameras, and a shared laundry room. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas stove.

At 40 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of 30 percent of their income for incomes ranging from $0 to $61,080; one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,164 for incomes ranging from $39,909 to $61,080; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of 30 percent of incomes ranging from $0 to $84,160.

At 50 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $1,092 for incomes ranging from $48,480 to $67,850; two studios with a monthly rent of $1,482 for incomes ranging from $61,852 to $67,850; two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of 30 percent of incomes ranging from $0 to $76,350; 19 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,164 for incomes ranging from $53,726 to $76,350; 16 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,385 for incomes ranging from $67,749 to $91,600; four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,766 for incomes ranging from $80,812 to $91,600; one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of 30 percent of incomes ranging from $0 to $105,200; and eight three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,588 for incomes ranging from $79,646 to $105,200.

At 77 percent of the AMI, there are seven one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,023 for incomes ranging from $83,178 to $117,579; one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,415 for incomes ranging from $103,063 to $141,064; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,779 for incomes ranging from $120,480 to $162,008.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 14, 2026.
