Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 524 Wales Avenue in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Located between East 147th Street and East 149th Street, the lot is near the East 149th Street subway station, served by the 6 train. Marin Lelcaj is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 58-foot-tall development will yield 16455.3 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,028 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Mohammad Badaly of Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
