3 Hudson Boulevard: Amid recently filed building applications, the Moinian Group has also filed permits to begin foundation, structural, and mechanical & plumbing work for the 66-story 3 Hudson Boulevard, planned for the Far West Side; sub-grade work is expected to take a year.
BROOKLYN:
196 South 3rd Street: Michael Reznik — of 200 South 3rd LLC — has filed applications to begin mechanical & plumbing, foundation, and structural work for the planned seven-story and 30-unit residential building of 24,123 square feet at the vacant lots of 194-196 South 3rd Street, in Williamsburg; construction is imminent.
120 Kings Highway: Chui Wong — of 120 Kings Property LLC — has filed applications for two, four-story and eight-unit residential buildings — totaling 16,050 square feet — at the vacant lots of 118-120 Kings Highway, and 1656 Stillwell Avenue, in northern Gravesend. Harry Hong, of H2 Consulting, is designing.
322 Greene Avenue: Grand Old Properties LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and two-unit residential building of 3,027 square feet at the vacant lot of 322 Greene Avenue, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant.
1227 Glenmore Avenue: Property owner Rafiqul Islam has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of 1,653 square feet at the vacant lot of 1227 Glenmore Avenue, in Cyprus Hills.
QUEENS:
90-12 Whitney Avenue: Tat Wai Chan — of BC 348 Realty LLC — has filed applications to construct a six-story and 20-unit residential building of nearly 15,000 square feet at 90-12 Whitney Avenue, in Elmhurst. Demolition has begun on an existing three-story structure; Shiming Tam is designing.
160-20 Cryders Lane: Property owner Christos Koukounas has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 3,860 square feet at 160 Cryders Lane, in Beechhurst. Demolition of the existing two-story structure was approved in June; Frank Petruso is designing.
