Construction is in high gear on the tower portion, which will eventually contain 246 condominiums, and stone cladding is being installed on its eight-story base, to comprise of 116 below-market rate units and retail space. Silverstein Properties and Elad Group are developing, while Pelli Clarke Pelli is serving as the design architect. Completion is expected in 2017.
