251 West 14th Street [Daily News]: B+B Capital has revealed their 11-story, 11-unit cantilevering condo building planned for 251 West 14th Street, in Chelsea. Designed by ODA, the building “is set to launch sales this fall,” and an existing four-story walk-up must first be demolished.

Greene Science Center “will offer a collective 22,115 square feet” of retail space, which Winick Realty Group has been selected to market. The building, at 3229 Broadway, is Phase 1 of the Columbia Manhattanville expansion.

301 West 53rd Street

301 West 53rd Street [Daily News]: HFZ Capital is currently converting the 25-story building — located at 301 West 53rd Street, in the eastern reaches of Hell’s Kitchen — into a 252-condo-unit residential building geared towards “affordable luxury.” Dubbed Fifty Third and Eight, “sales are set to launch later this week.”

318 West 115th Street

318 West 115th Street [Harlem+Bespoke]: Schematics have been posted on-site of an approved five-story, six-unit vertical expansion of the existing dilapidated four-story townhouse spanning 318-320 West 115th Street, in Harlem. CTA Architects is designing the eventual roughly 13,500 square-foot structure, and completion is planned for September 2015.

90-02 168th Street

90-02 168th Street [Queens Courier]: Blumenfeld Development Group and GJDC are now planning to “construct a 265,000 square-foot retail center [and] affordable housing residential building” at the vacant lots of 90-01 and 90-02 168th Street, in Jamaica. The developers plan “to get approval by 2016” for the $85 million project.
