An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 12-unit residential building at 1411 Bushwick Avenue, located on the corner of Moffat Street in eastern Bushwick. The project will measure 15,227 square feet and its residential units should average 854 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be off-street parking for six cars. Forest Hills-based ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record. The 3,704-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in December.

too bad…. Nice, graceful porch. other nice details. probably nice interior details.
BOOO! I not normally a NIMBY, but why the hell would you tear down that beautiful house? There aren’t that many like that still left around there.
so sad for this beautiful home to be demolished. Astoria had many of these homes and only a handful remain.
Please be an attractive building.
Relations on a five-story and residential building in Bushwick, rental apartments are ambition on the floors that planned.
