Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 380 Harman Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is five blocks away from the Knickerbocker Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the M train. Josiane Lai will be responsible for the development.
The 50-foot tall structure will yield 7,150 square feet, with 5,350 square feet dedicated to residential use. Seven apartments will be created, averaging 764 square feet apiece, indicating rental. Tenants will have access to a lobby, storage, lounge, and rooftop terrace.
SM Tam Architect will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
