308 North 7th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is officially topped-out, with sales expected to commence this summer. Marketed as “N7,” the condominium building is expected to deliver 45 units, ranging from one to three bedrooms apiece.

Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects, the structure in enclosed in a classic, masonry facade less common to the northern boundaries of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Above the ground floor, dark herringbone brick transitions drastically to a pale, distressed facade that is perforated in oversized, metal-framed windows. The architect’s unique application of palette and materials is meant to evoke the neighborhood’s textural transition over the past decades.

Few details have been revealed regarding the look and feel of residential units, but award-winning Paris Fiorino Interior Design has been tapped for interiors.

Developers Adam America Real Estate and Naveh Shuster Group have teamed up with The Shemesh Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who will handle all marketing and sales for N7.

Condominiums will fetch around $840,000 for smaller units, ranging up to $2,500,000 for the more spacious layouts. A 15-year tax abatement is anticipated.
