Real estate sales and marketing firm Citi Habitats has announced a new lineup of available properties at Bridgeline, a recently completed residential project in The Bronx’s Mott Haven. Located in the southern-most tip of the borough at 329 East 132nd Street, future occupants will have views of the Harlem River and the Willis Avenue Bridge.
Designed by Aufgang Architects for JCAL Development Group, the flatiron-esque building stands 12 stories tall, and will include 91 units ranging from studio to two-bedroom layouts. Residences feature natural hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an assortment of modern fixtures and appliances. A small number of units will also include outdoor terraces.
The building’s two-toned façade appears cubic in form and incorporates a series of oversized, multi-paned windows. The building itself is highly irregular in shape, but efficiently capitalizes on the non-typical dimensions of the construction site.
Available amenities include a landscaped roof deck with outdoor cooking and dining areas, a residents’ lounge, fitness center, bike storage, and private parking.
