In an exclusive reveal, Spitzer Enterprises and Citi Habitats have released new renderings of the amenity spaces within the second and final phase of 420 Kent in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This phase includes the addition of two high-rise towers to the sprawling rental complex.
YIMBY recently toured The Overlook, the top-floor, double-height penthouse lounge at The Amberly in Downtown Brooklyn. Also known by its address, 120 Nassau Street, the newly completed, 33-story rental building is designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by AmTrust Realty, with interiors by BHDM Design.
Located on a 32,365 square foot parcel along First Avenue between East 39th Street and East 40th Street, 685 First Avenue has officially launched leasing for its 408 units. With a 460-foot tall facade of pitch black glass facing the East River, the 43-story tower is one of the newest and tallest skyscrapers to be completed in Midtown’s Murray Hill. Sheldon Solow of Solow Building Company is the developer of the 800,000 square foot project, while Richard Meier & Partners Architects is the designer. Leasing and move-ins are now underway, with units marketed by Citi Habitats New Developments.
Today, YIMBY has the exclusive first look at renderings of 1 Flatbush Avenue’s interiors and exteriors. The structure, triangularly shaped at the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Fulton Street, will be adding new rental apartments to Downtown Brooklyn, 20% of which will let at affordable rates. Slate Property Group and Meadow Partners are responsible for the development.
