Leasing has officially launched at OTTO Greenpoint, a new rental property in Brooklyn. Today, YIMBY has a look at new images of the development’s exterior facade, residential amenities, and living spaces.
Located at 211 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, the eight-story building was designed by Gene Kaufman Architect for developer Stellar Management. The interiors will yield 197 apartments including studio, one, and two bedroom layouts. Each unit features floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washers and dryers, and private outdoor space. Pricing will begin at $2,339 per month.
When complete, amenities will include a landscaped rooftop and pool deck with outdoor kitchens, a hot tub, and an outdoor TV. Indoor amenities include package and storage rooms, on site parking, a library and co-working space, a lounge, full-service fitness center, and more.
“With beautiful apartments, a host of amenities, and truly unbeatable views, OTTO is setting a new standard for residential living in Greenpoint,” said Adam Roman, Chief Operating Officer and Principal at Stellar Management. “We’re true believers in the neighborhood, with its great access to public transportation, beautiful green spaces, the incredible community and it’s fantastic people.”
As previously reported by YIMBY, the property will include on-site parking for over 100 vehicles in addition to bike storage for residents. Ground-floor retail will also occupy the base of the structure, measuring more than 18,000 square feet.

Please pardon me for using your space: What is happening on renderings, close my meeting on its design.
McGuiness Blvd is very charming in the winter.
