Sales have officially launched for a new condo development at 21 Powers Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The announcement from Minrav Development and Halstead Property Development Marketing also comes with a fresh batch of interior renderings of the forthcoming residences.
Designed by Christopher T. Menziuso, the four-story building will contain 14 condominiums ranging from one to two bedrooms apiece, including a selection of duplex and penthouse units. Interiors are designed by GE-T Architects.
Future occupants will have access to on-site parking, an outdoor roof lounge with private cabanas, a fitness studio, and storage facilities. Residences are described as minimal, serene spaces offering white oak flooring, modern kitchens and top-shelf appliances, floor-to-ceiling doors, and in-unit washer dryers throughout.

While the surrounding Williamsburg area will be adversely impacted by the impending 15-month shutdown of the L subway line, 21 Powers is strategically positioned in an area with nearby access to G, J, M, and Z trains.
“21 Powers offers a unique opportunity for buyers looking for new development in Williamsburg without relying on the L train exclusively,” said Brendan Aguayo, senior vice president, managing director, Halstead Property Development Marketing, which is handling the building’s exclusive marketing and sales. “This part of Williamsburg has retained a refreshing, charming quality with a low-rise aesthetic and a significant retail experience.”
The development is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2019.
