EVE NYC, a new residential development in Manhattan’s East Village at 433 East 13th Street and 432 East 14th Street, is now in the final phases of construction. YIMBY has the exclusive look at a new set of renderings for the project, which is expected to begin leasing this month.
Designed by SLCE Architects, the project is comprised of a seven-story and an eight-story building, which will contain 113 apartments and a new Trader Joe’s on the ground floor.
As an 80/20 development, 20% of the apartments will let as affordable homes. Market-rate apartments will begin at $3,250 per month for studios up to $7,000 for two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Select units on floors two and seven will offer private terraces.
When complete, all residents will have access to a communal lounge, a fitness center, and a roof deck with BBQ grills, along with a private outdoor courtyard with a ‘hammock grove,” recreational space, and a dog run.
The development team for the project includes Mack Real Estate Group, Benenson Capital Partners, and Urban Development Partners. CITI HABITATS is the dedicated marketing entity for the new building.
