Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 1670 East 19th Street in Homecrest, Brooklyn. Located between Kings Highway and Quentin Road, the interior lot is four blocks east of the Kings Highway subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Joshua Markovics of Royal Builders is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot tall development will yield 19,903 square feet, with 15,942 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 23 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 693 square feet.
Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional SVCS, PC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in October of 2018. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
