Permits have been filed for a six-story apartment building at 78 Gerry Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Harrison Avenue and Throop Avenue, the lot is three blocks south of the Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the J and M trains. Sol Moskowitz of Sanford Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 69-foot tall development will yield 11,019 square feet, with 8,625 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 718 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also a 30-foot long rear yard.
Diego Aguilera Architects is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
