Leasing at The Pierrepont has officially begun. The upcoming residential building is located at 146 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights, between Clinton Street and Cadman Plaza West. The mixed-use tower will have 90 boutique apartment units as well as 6,000 square feet of retail space. Designed by Marvel Architects, it is being developed by Jonathan Rose Companies, Bedrock Real Estate Partners, JD Capital USA, and Nuveen Real Estate. Interiors are being designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture.
The property consists of dual 20-story tall towers connected by a two-story common area featuring a garden and children’s play area. Inside each building will be a collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all of which are within walking distance from local schools, parks, dining, and retail. Each residence will come with large windows and abundant natural lighting. Kitchens will have stainless-steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplashes, and oversized islands. A vented washing machine and dryer will be standard in all units, while some will come with private outdoor terraces.
The amenities are specifically designed to cater to the comfort and wellbeing of future residents in the heart of Brooklyn. These will include a fitness center, yoga and training room, meditation room, a library for quiet moments, and a private Zen garden. There will also be a private dining room, living room, children’s indoor and outdoor play areas, and a rooftop terrace along with a scattered curated collection of work created by rising American female artists.

Integrating historical and contemporary architectural design and technology with the consideration of energy needs, energy efficiency, the local environment, and people’s health is what this project aims to achieve in the building’s lifetime.

Leasing will be handled by The Bloomstone Group while move-ins are expected this spring.

I think that’s because the angle of the top floors in the rendering hides a few floors.
The Bank Santander branch in the next building is moving there in the next couple of weeks. They’re closing at 195 Montague on March 15th, and officially opening the following Monday at 189 Montague.
The hours will be 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm Saturdays. There will also be a 24-hour ATM vestibule, and night deposit, plus safe deposit boxes, as there were at the old location.
