The latest condominium development by Morris Adjmi in North Williamsburg has officially launched sales for a collection of warehouse-inspired residences, at 138 North 10th Street. Halstead Property’s The Aguayo Team is handling exclusive marketing and sales for the project, which are priced from $1.85 million.
The six-story building contains a collection of nine units that range in size from 1,118 square feet to more than 2,184 square feet. This includes five half-floor two- and three-bedroom units, two garden-level triplex units, and two multi-story penthouses.
“As a developer, we always strive to create a quality product that connects with the neighborhood aesthetic and resonates with its demographic,” said Jacob Hamway, Principal of Industrie Capital Partners. “Our vision was to create an exceptional luxury building in Williamsburg, which is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Morris Adjmi Architects was the perfect choice to capture the essence for this intimate boutique residential condominium at 138 North 10th Street.”
Each home is outfitted with seven-inch-wide bleached oak flooring, motorized window shades, meticulously designed bathrooms and dining spaces, high-end appliances, and powder rooms clad in Black Silk limestone tile.
The multi-story penthouses also feature a dramatic great room, in-closet wet bar, private roof terraces, and a floating wooden staircase with steel cable handrails connecting the two floors.
“We are seeing a surge of demand from Manhattan prospects, particularly from Tribeca, who have Williamsburg at the top of their list,” said Brendan Aguayo, Managing Director and SVP of Halstead Property Development Marketing. “138 North 10th Street offers a truly unique luxury lifestyle proposition for a few discerning buyers who want to experience Williamsburg thru the refined design lens of architect Morris Adjmi whose attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship are unparalleled.”

Looks good to me.
yes yes yes
It took less time to build the Pentagon. This site has been going for over 4 years, it’s been a nightmare forever, some random crazy person broke in a few months ago and we ended up with a swat team on our block. It never ends. I would not be too keen on paying that kind of money on a building that is likely going to have problems due to the exposure it had to the elements over all this time.
