The Lively Nears Completion at 321 Warren Street in Jersey City

Work is wrapping up on the exterior of The Lively at 321 Warren Street in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District as the 18-story, mixed-use structure nears completion. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by LMC, the box-shaped, light-colored structure will contain 180 apartments, 1,343 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 14,200-square-foot black-box theater with dedicated space for local artists. The property sits in the heart of downtown Jersey City, steps away from the Grove Street PATH station.

Residences come furnished with stainless steel appliances, wide-plank wood-style flooring, Honeywell Smart Thermostats, Lutron lighting, Caesar stone countertops and full kitchen backsplashes, a choice of two kitchen color schemes, and a vented washer and dryer. There are 12 penthouses with additional upgrades, double-height ceilings, and a mezzanine loft. A select number of units will be able to opt for kitchen islands, custom walk-in closets, and exposed concrete ceilings.

Amenities for the property include a 24-hour concierge, parcel lockers with 24-hour access, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a resident lounge, a library, a billiards room, a demonstration kitchen, bicycle storage with repair service, a top-floor speakeasy library, a rooftop dog run, a second-floor dog washing station, an indoor children’s playroom, and a roof deck lounge with a swimming pool, barbecue grills, and an outdoor fireplace.

Completion of The Lively is most likely expected early next year.
