Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 64 North 8th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Wythe Avenue and Kent Avenue, the lot is four blocks from the Bedford Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. William Lika of The Lika Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 6,537 square feet, with 4,969 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 709 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 34-foot-long rear yard.
Ling Li of Li Architect Associate is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
