Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 9964 Third Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Located between 100th Street and 101st Street, the lot is near the Bay Ridge-95th Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Victor Gribenko is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 18,539 square feet, with 15,947 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,226 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 32-foot-long rear yard, and four enclosed parking spaces.
Igor Zaslavskiy of Zproekt Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in October of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Thirteen residences and four parking spaces? Sounds like someone got paid off.
13 residences with 4 parking spaces…that should help the parking situation in Bay Ridge.
Who got paid under the table??? Ridiculous and not needed!
Disgusting and so not needed.
So an 8 story building for a 9964 property with 4 spots … what ???? What about 3 other properties that were sold just like that…
