New renderings from Bricolage Architecture & Design reveal a forthcoming mixed-use project at 132 Wyckoff Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Developed by Santino Battiata and Zaleski Properties, the building will eventually stand four stories above ground and support residences, retail, a community facility, and an enclosed parking area designed to accommodate nine vehicles.
The building’s total floor area will measure 38,723 square feet. Its residential component, referred to in the renderings as “The Residences at Wyckoff Gardens,” will include 24 rental units spread across 19,600 square feet. Select units will include private balconies beginning at the third floor.
The ground-floor commercial space will span 7,400 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows along Wyckoff Avenue and Stanhope Street. Expected tenants include a supermarket and several small retail shops. The unspecified community facilities will measure a modest 527 square feet.
Above the ground floor, the façade incorporates a mix of what appears to be composite wood materials, exposed steel beams, and dark gray reflective metal paneling.
The development team has not confirmed when the project is expected to debut.
