The 13,900-square-foot development is designed by Lu Ning Architecture and yields 20 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $54,858 to $159,640.

Residential amenities include a shared laundry room, bike storage lockers, recreation room, playground, on-site resident manager, valet trash and doorstep recycling collection, and a garage. Units include energy-efficient appliances, hardwood floors, smart controls for heating and cooling, and patios or balconies.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a $1,600 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $54,858 to $118,300, and five two-bedrooms with a $2,000 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $68,572 to $159,640.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 23, 2021.
