The affordable housing lottery has launched for 383 12th Street, a five-story residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The 6,876-square-foot development was built in 2004 and yields eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $76,835 to $139,620.
Amenities include a virtual doorman, security cameras, and air conditioning, dishwashers, and energy-efficient appliances in unit. Some units will have private balconies.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a $2,241 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $76,835 to $139,620.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 8, 2021.
