Designed by Chang Hwa Tan of Tan Architect, the new structure yields seven residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,143 to $167,570.
Residents will have access to storage, a shared laundry room, and a virtual doorman. Units include name-brand appliances and finishes, dishwasher, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and private outdoor space in either a patio or balcony. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat and gas stove.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,900 for incomes ranging from $65,143 to $139,620, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,400 for incomes ranging from $82,286 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 14, 2021.
