Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $167,570.

Residents will have pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, and a landscaped rooftop terrace. Units include name-brand appliances and finishes.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,200 for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $139,620 and four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,600 for incomes ranging from $89,143 to $167,570.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than November 1, 2021.
