Designed by Zarina Kindo’s Brooklyn-based Arcon Studio, the structure yields 15,795 square feet with 20 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $167,570.

Amenities include a gym, bike storage lockers, virtual doorman, covered parking, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with name-brand appliances and finishes, dishwashers, hookups for washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and balconies or patios. Residents will be responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,850 for incomes ranging from $63,429 to $139,620 and four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,100 for incomes ranging from $72,000 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than November 26, 2021.

This isn’t affordable housing but income linked housing.No one in this neighborhood can afford these rentals.This is middle to high income linked housing not for the truly low income people who live in this neighborhood.

Please stop advertising these false press print outs from the developer.
The thing is with 421-a housing that when the 130% AMI units do not get rented out (which happens), the city rents them out and puts homeless people in those units. It is a broken system, but I think people should be aware.
