Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 213 Third Avenue in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Degraw Street and Third Avenue, the corner lot is near the Union Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Dolly Williams of A. Williams Construction is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 145-foot-tall development will yield 82,942 square feet, with 77,081 square feet designated for residential space and 5,861 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 80 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 963 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and ten enclosed parking spaces.

Kushner Studios is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
